This package is divided into three stages, starting your wedding planning from scratch.

Before the wedding
A custom folder will be enabled with which we will work the entire process.
Interview and coordination with the bride and groom.
Preparation of the activity schedule and list of payments to suppliers by month.
Ongoing advice from start to finish of the organization.
Presentation of quotes to the bride and groom.
Review of contract content, service delivery dates and times.
Appointment with suppliers.
Visit to the premises (transportation will be at the bride and groom's expense)
Planning the timing (wedding day schedule).
Accompanying the bride to the final dress fitting (Transportation is the bride and groom's responsibility).
Accompanying the groom to the final dress fitting (Transportation is the bride and groom's responsibility).
Accompany the bride to her makeup and hair fitting (Transportation is the bride and groom's responsibility).
Accompany the couple to the table test and tasting (Transportation is the responsibility of the bride and groom).
Assistance on the wedding rehearsal day (Transportation is the responsibility of the bride and groom).
Consulting for the development of web invitations and other graphic designs.
RSVP according to the guest list. (up to 2 RSVPs)

The wedding day
Service coverage for 11 hours (pre-wedding, during and post-wedding day)
Coordination and supervision with all contracted suppliers.
Staycie provides assistance to the bride and groom on their wedding day.
Staycie's WP team oversees the reception area.

After the wedding
In the week after the wedding, the following are coordinated by telephone:
Awning lifting and decoration.
I collect the bride and groom's things, liquors and leftover supplies.
Coordinate overtime payments (if applicable).
Warranty refund by suppliers.

Points to take into account
The wedding day includes transportation within Metropolitan Lima. ( Transportation to Huachipa, Cineguilla, Pachacamac, and Lurin costs $60; transportation to Chaclacayo, Playa Sur, and Mamacona costs $80.)
You can reserve your date for $150.
The remaining payment will be scheduled through a payment schedule.
The package does not include food for the WP team on the wedding day.
For destination weddings: Does not include tickets.
