Planner
This package is divided into three stages, starting the organization of your event from scratch.

1
Before the event
A custom folder will be enabled with which we will work the entire process.
Interview and coordination with the contractor
Preparation of the activity schedule and list of payments to suppliers.
Ongoing advice from start to finish of the organization.
Review of contract content, service delivery dates and times.
Appointment with suppliers.
Visit to the premises (transportation at the client's expense).
Timing planning (event day schedule.
Supervision one day before the event (Mobility is the client's responsibility).

The day of the event
Assistance from Staycie WP and 2 assistants.
Service coverage for 08 hours (pre-, during and post-event)
Coordination and supervision with all contracted suppliers.

After the event
In the week after the event, the following are coordinated by telephone:
Awning lifting and decoration.
Collection of client belongings, liquors and leftover supplies.
Coordinate overtime payments (if applicable).
Warranty refund by suppliers.

Points to take into account
The wedding day includes transportation within Metropolitan Lima. ( Transportation to Huachipa, Cineguilla, Pachacamac, and Lurin costs $60; transportation to Chaclacayo, Playa Sur, and Mamacona costs $80.)
You can reserve your date with 50% off
The remaining payment will be paid one week before the event.
The package includes food for the Event Planner team on the day of the event.
